The process for filing the claim was user friendly and the commutation from Safelite was extremely convenient. I liked that they kept you informed of when they would be arriving and the technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I requested for JUST my windshield to be replaced which would've been $318 and when they replaced my windshield, they also added $70 windshield wipers that they didn't bother to tell me about OR mention and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT and they ended up charging me $569 for everything total. I have yet to seen a receipt for it explaining what the extra charges were for. Shame on this BS company for adding extras without consent or authorization. Get your windshield somewhere else. It's also impossible to reach anybody so good luck.

Canceled the first week. Showed up last minute on the reschedule. Left my air on high in my car. Didn't fix my seat after driving car. Rushed me through on the explanation part at the end. Would say it was not a good experience.
