We were traveling from NY to Delaware for vacation and on day one traveling developed a cracked windshield from a rock. As we continued to drive the crack became bigger. Upon arriving in Delaware we didn't want to waste vacation time sitting in a waiting room shop, so we went online and found Safelite. We scheduled an appointment with the tech coming to our location and fixing the windshield on site. Everything was handled online without a hitch. . . . . even coordinating everything with our insurance company. The Safelite tech, Logan communicated all through the process and arrived on time. . Logan informed us it would take about 2 hours and we could head to the beach. . . . . no need to wait around. True to his word when we returned the car was fixed and all was clean. Funny how I see the Safelite commercials on TV and never thought I would need them, but their 'jingle' stayed in my head and I am glad we chose them. Thanks for saving our vacation and a great job done by Logan. Highly recommend them!

The replacement of my cracked windshield at the Georgetown DE location went very smoothy. The fellows who did the replacement we very nice, cordial and professional. Would of course recommend Safelite. My only suggestion would be to simplify the phone system as it is long and drawn out to the point of being annoying. Have one phone number for each location so customers can phone and make an appointment more quickly. The customer service person can briefly explain payment methods etc.
