I opted to have Safelite come to my office while I was working. I got the phone call. They said they would be there in about 20 minutes. He called me in about 20 minutes. I went outside, met the tech, made sure he found the vehicle and had the key. That's pretty much it. A couple of hours later, he called me and said he was all done. The windshield looks absolutely perfect. Very professional!
