Had to replace the windshield of my 2007 Chevy Silverado. Late afternoon, I was able to schedule a next day in shop appointment on-line. Bitterly cold outside so did not want mobile service. Dropped off my truck at 8:00 am and was able to pick up by 10:30 am although I was told they would need to keep it all day. I appreciated
their fast service as I needed the truck for snow plowing. They had the correct windshield in stock. Great experience! Would definitely use them again.

I would like to give 5 stars. The people were quick and very friendly. The reason I can't is because there was spilled "gel", or whatever is used to fill the wind shield chip, left in my car after they were finished. I have nothing bad to say about the people and would certainly return to get my vehicle serviced there, they should just check to make sure they are not getting customers cars dirty. On a positive note they were friendly, quick, and vacuumed the floorboards of my car.

I went to the one off Hickman road in des moines. The employee I talked to was really friendly and even was calling me early to get me in sooner since someone had cancelled. I was already on my way so it was perfect. They even cleaned my dashboard and vacuumed out my car. I didnt talk to the other employee there but they did talk to someone else and they also seemed really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!!

I had a rock chip that looked like a bullet hole in my windshield. Safelite fixed it and told me that I would have a circle there where the glue is at but there is more than just a circle. Still looks like it is broke.

On time and quality repair.

Technicians had VERY DIFFICULT time getting old windshield out. They were very professional and kept me informed of the progress. Wonderful people

I had my windshield replaced on Dec 11th 2018 at the Safelite shop in Clive, IA.. It was pretty cold out that week so I decided to take it there instead of having it done outside on location as I had done last year on my Jeep Grand Cherokee in a parking lot in Manly, IA. The installer did an awesome job on that one so I became a repeat customer.
Turns out I shouldn't have worried about that because the wind noise coming from the new windshield in the Silverado is very loud now. I don't know what they did different but I'm not thrilled with the latest job. It's been 2 weeks and the truck hasn't even been in the rain or car wash yet, so I'm a little worried its going to leak water based on the wind noise.... idk.

I took my van to the shop because it was too cold to do outside at my home. I waited while they did it. It didn't take too long. They did a nice job.
