Car had cracked windshield. It was replaced but after the recalibration my lane indicator sensors were not functioning properly. Had to go all the way back to shop and they reset it but still not functioning when I went home. Had to take car to dealership to have it checked. On the way to the dealership it seemed to functioning but I still Had the dealership look at the issue. Manager at Safelite told me the recalibration had nothing to do with the lane change problem on the indicators however, online I saw numerous people say they had the same problem after the recalibration .

Highly satisfied with the work that was done with the car they told me three hours. It was done within three hours. Everyone was nice and polite for a professional. The manager went over everything with me and gave me all the information that I needed would highly recommend them to friends and family and the Hanover PA area

Windshield replacement

Here is my experience- Visit #1- Was supposed to be a replacement. Tech said she thought the windshield could be repaired. Visit #2- Tech came to repair the windshield. Said he didnt think it could be repaired. He tried but it came out horrible. He said to call and have a replacement scheduled. Visit #3- Tech came to replace windshield. He said he didnt have a windshield. He was told it was a repair. Visit #4- went to the Hanover PA. location for the windshield replacement. Something was wrong with the new windshield and they couldnt replace it. Visit #5- Windshield was replaced. When we left and went down the road something was wrong with the lane assist. It kept coming on at random. (the mirror calibration wasnt done correctly). Visit #6- Recalibrated the mirror. Seams to be ok.
