I was really impressed with the staff & service I received at the Janesville service center. However, I feel the need to let management know that the waiting area & bathroom at the Janesville location are very dirty. While I waited for my repair, I noticed lots of cobwebs in the lobby, dirty floors, dirty windows, and a bathroom in need of a deep cleaning. Perhaps a cleaning service is needed if the staff is too busy?
