I stopped in the Lexington shop on Friday June 12 during the noon hour to see if a certain windshield crack could be fixed. The woman behind the counter (I believe her name was Delisa) not only arranged to have a technician check it out as soon as he was available, but because I already had an insurance claim in the system, she arranged to work me in right on the spot, to save me a return trip. She was very friendly and professional, clearly knew what she was doing. The job was finished in 45 minutes or so, as she said it would, and the technician was very friendly and professional as well. I was very impressed.

SAFELITE just installed a new windshield in my 97 Volvo S90, as these cars age it can be tricky to work on them and find the parts they need. I was very pleased with the replacement windshield as it was as very close to the original glass that came from Volvo. The best part was the perfect job their tech did putting the glass in, upon completion he brought my keys to me and some extra window clips that were left over. I really appreciated the professionalism he showed in all aspects of doing his work. He was very complementary and knowledgeable about my car and the restoration I had given it, so he taken it upon himself to make sure the work on the car got his full attention. I'm quite happy with the results and would certainly bring the car in again for any kind of glass work needed. I can be a picky customer sometimes but my satisfaction with their work is 100%.
