I was traveling from Illinois to Nebraska and about 45 minutes before I got to my location a rock flew up off a truck and cracked the windshield. I got on the phone and called my insurance company and by that evening we had everything set up for you to come out and replace the windshield. We were all very impressed with how smoothly everything went and how you totally kept me informed the whole time. Will definitely be using you again in the future if need be. I hope that doesn't happen again anytime soon. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.

I can't say enough good things about this experience. The windshield installation was amazing. My tech, Mason, despite his youthfulness was very knowledgeable. He impressed me with how easy he made everything look, and he verbally walked me through everything he was doing. His professionalism was what really stood out and you should be so proud to have such a respectful young man representing your company.
The whole process was about 1 1/2 hours start to finish and I got new wiper blades and a Safelite warranty on the new windshield.
I will definitely contact you again should I need a replacement or even rock chip repair, which I didn't realize until Mason told me about it.

I brought my car in for a new windshield that was cracked - scheduling on-line was easy, location was easy to find and the crew was great to work with. They got my car in on time and were finished way before they said they would be.

Had to reschedule once as the part arrived damaged, sure that's fine. At the rescheduled appointment they arrived 5 mins after their large install window, again fine whatever. Did call and were told there was no way to tell where we were at in the techs job order for the day. Really you guys have no way to track how far along the tech is?? Like was there still two more to do before or not, so that was little frustrating. BUT the reason for the one star isn't any of this, the reason for the one star is the car was not reassembled correctly and the trim was hanging off. . . . To me it's unacceptable for the price paid. Did appreciate the convience, but will go elsewhere next time. Wish me luck fixing the trim.
