i could kick myself for not remembering his name but the young man that replaced our windshield was so impressive. it was obvious that the old glass wouldn't come out as easily as it should and he had to work extra hard to break the seal. he never got angry or upset about it...just kept his head down and kept fighting. i know for a fact that is a very uncommon trait for today's younger people. please thank him for me and tell him i have a little renewed hope for the future because of him. not only did he work hard but he was very professional and a gentleman. i was was very pleased with the completed job and was surprised it wasn't more expensive.
