The guy that fixed my windshield came to my home which kept me from having to make a trip to a shop. He called to let me know when he would be here and showed up when he said he would. The chip in my windshield is gone!

After driving in the rain and hearing something fly up and hit my windshield I realized what ever it was had put two large chips In my front windshield. Drove to Safelite and was able to make appointment for two days later. Now my windshield is back to new and I am able to see clearly again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
The first tech that came out thought he could simply repair the glass...I couldn't even tell it was attempted to be fixed. A week later, they came to replace the windshield, thought all was good, until my sensors & camera in my rear view mirror quit working. Took it to the dealership. They took it apart and the tech had broke the camera & bracket and tried to use duct tape and glue to repair.

They were unable to install the windscreen at my home because of rain. The sign at the shop is obscured by a tree but otherwise it was an excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone.
