Review by Kenyotta G. on 7 Jul 2026review stating I went in for my
I went in for my scheduled appointment on 7/3. I was off work for the upcoming Independence Day holiday & didn't need to take time off so this day was most convenient. The air conditioner was not working in the waiting area I was sitting in & one of the employees invited me to another area which was very kind. After waiting for over an hour (which was expected) I was told my windshield replacement was complete. As I'm entering my car I see a 5 inch scratch on the new windshield directly in my line of sight. I go back in & ask the the technician who did the replacement to come back out & look at the scratch. He apologizes & says he would try to buff it out. He brings the car back & says the scratch can't be buffed out. I was provided 2 options. 1. to keep the newly installed scratched windshield & they would give me a discount or 2. Come back in a week to have the windshield replaced again. I chose to have the windshield replaced again because in MO you won't pass safety emissions with windshield damage within the driver's direct line of sight. So now I have another appointment on 7/11 (that I'm missing a day of work for) to have it replaced again because I was told by the office that you have to wait 7 days to replace it again. I'm giving 3 stars because although everyone was really nice, I wasn't offered any compensation for the inconvenience of having to take off work & come back a 2nd time.

Donovan was my tech. He was excellent! Very thorough and systematic in replacing the windshield. Friendly as well as informative. This was a replacement from a week ago, due to wavy glass and other defective issue.
Review by Kyle W. on 5 Jun 2026review stating Poor Communication
Truck was dropped off before business hours for an afternoon appointment at their shop. No updates were provided until I called around 3:00 pm to ensure service would be completed before closing at 5.
After arriving at the shop around 3:30, I received 3 text messages in 7 minutes saying service had: started, was being wrapped up and was finished. A full windshield replacement in 7 minutes, not exactly. These texts should've been sent long before. Poor communication.
I also provided a replacement seal/molding for the truck. Upon completion of service, tech Austin described how awful the part I provided was to install. He could also be heard inside the office saying the same thing to other employees. "I spent hours with a heat gun trying to get it to fit. " It was mentioned that if he used shop supplies, it would have been completed much sooner.
I understand aftermarket parts often aren't great, I would've been open to this solution, but yet again, there was no communication from the shop about this issue. Why would hours be spent working on a part that doesn't fit? Why would you not reach out to the customer and explain the situation?

Review by Jun on 17 May 2026review stating It's been a month since
It's been a month since my windshield was replaced. This was my first experience having to have a whole windshield replaced and I admit that I was nervous. Prior to this, they sealed a chip in the same windshield back in 2012, the year I bought this car and it lasted this long. . . 14 years. I booked the appointment through my insurance, that process was very simple and I waited about an hour for the replacement.
