My tech was great. Called me twice once to let me know he would be coming out on my scheduled day, and then called and told me he was on his way. Very professional. Told me everything I needed to do and not do after the installation of the new windshield.

Set up appointment. Tech never showed up never called. Of course can't get number to actually talk to store. Waited over 20 minutes to get a real person, she then tells me she is transferring me to store. Nobody answered so call disconnected. Back to square 1. Found number to tech. He said it was time for him to clock out so that is why he did not get to me. Apologized he did not call. Told me it would have to get back with shop to reschedule. So would advise if you need to get it done, don't count on anyone there actually caring.

Service was excellent, The technician was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and approximately how long it would take. He also told me not to take vehicle to car wash for two days and not have windows tinted. He also told me to be sure there is no water getting inside and there was any wind. If issues call or come in.
