I initiated a Claim for a 12” crack on my front windshield through my Allstate Insurance Agent on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. I used my Comprehensive Coverage deductible for the repair. They scheduled an appointment with Safelite on Friday, July 10, 2026. The windshield technician (Ramiro) arrived within the time promised and did an OUTSTANDING job !!! The entire process took approximately 3 hours and he explained what he performed along with the warranty for the new windshield. I already shared the great experience I had with Safelite and the technician with several of my friends and family members. Thank you.

Ice tried calling to get a live person to help me at the Palm Springs location but the automed AI system doesn't give me the option I need. I tried 3 different ones to try to reach a live person and the system hangs up on me or sends me in circles getting no where.

Timely, helpful and skilled with excellent service. The repair on the windshield is done and the results are excellent. Staff are informed and helpful as well as professional. I have had to get the windshield on my car replaced several times. Always done well and the professionals are great.
