Due to the problems that this truck has David asked if he could put the window in the truck so that my son could put it in place. I agreed. The window was the wrong one so my son went to the Queensbury shop. The right window was ordered and was brought to the house. I'm very satisfied with Safelite

It took three days to get the widow replaced because the technician didn't have the right parts. It wasn't his fault. He did everything right by coming up explaining the problem and letting us know when he will be back to continue the repair. I would give him a 10 out of 10. The only complaint that I have is why didn't someone come and look at the window to get the right parts before sdoing the service.
