Great Service
Edward came to my house to replace my windshield. He came close to the beginning of the time window they gave me and even sent me a message about 30 minutes before he got to my place. Not only did he do a great job replacing my windshield but also the mirror, EZ Pass, and even my registration stickers. Oh, on top of that he even vacuumed the floors of my car. Even I never do that. Car was cleaner than its ever been since I've been driving it. Thanks Edward.

Late, brought wrong item, took over 2 weeks to fix
First appointment showed up very late with wrong windshield. Shattered original windshield removing so car was undrivable. Then called to say they could not get the correct windshield for 4 weeks! Then they had the right windshield a few days later but not the right moulding, another "it may be 4 weeks". Then cancelled my appointment because it rained, then cancelled again for rain....the FOURTH appointment weeks later, the car was finally fixed. They did give us a rental and the last installer was excellent but I would definitely not use this company again...too many headaches and really poor communication.

Ongoing issues
They replaced my rear window and did a good job on the actual window but now my trunk doesn't open because of the leftover glass fragments they left in there. They've already come back to my house once to address the issue but now it's stuck closed again. Arg! Will have to have them come again. Also, I had to wait four days for an appointment for them to come to my house to replace the window. I thought they would have been much quicker.

Windshield replaced,
Windshield replaced, tech was on time and professional, but windshield did not match what was in the car. Windshield removed had a blue tint along the top of the glass. Windshield installed was completely clear.
