A trim piece on the hatch was accidentaly broken during glass replacement. The tech never reported it and it took weeks of being caught in an endless loop of corporate hang ups beforegetting a call back. The first appt to correct was scheduled between 8-noon, ar 12:15 received a call from tech stating the part needed painting. the second appt was a no show, no call. both appts were set without coordinating with us and only received an email the evening before. What does it take to speak to an actual person to resolve this issue.

Painful. 2 things broken during install. Tech actually asked me to go to store!!!Wa2 2 two original items broken during replacement. was told to expect follow up in 24 hours received none. Had to set a 2nd install appointment to get contacted. appropriately! That didn't happen either! I finally received local number from call center and when i call, the voicemail indicated that no one was available to take my call and hung up! Good Luck if you run into issues!!!

Phone System really really really stinks, I am actually being polite in how I am saying this. All computerized phone systems should offer the option to just switch a customer to a real person called a customer service representative. This automated computerized phone system actually does not offer to transfer you to a customer service representative however it does rudely just hang up on you. I myself had a question regarding if the issue was even a problem that Safelite would fix or not fix, before feeling like I was wasting my time to just drive there just to ask & possibly be told no.
