Overall the experience was great! I found the Rhinelander shop to be very knowledgeable about the Tesla windshield replacement and the importance the recalibration of the cameras pertaining to Full Self Driving! Joel (SafeLite Rhinelander) was excellent, great communication skills and technically competent and he was also a great multitasker! The only thing where SafeLite could improve is having a way to contact the store location before service ( phone or text directly with Joel). I found it very hard to communicate to location via SafeLite prior to my appointment.

I finally had to get a new windshield after it started to crack from top to bottom. It was already cracked along the bottom. The whole experience was effortless. Made the appointment, went to the shop because of weather and it was done in an hour. No negative things happened and if something should happen, I can call them. Easy!!!
