I arrived at the specified time five minutes early, I was made to wait an hour before they started work. The work was commenced outside so I watched. I was told to go inside the waiting room. I have had numerous windshields replaced by the mobile service which came to my place of business. I watched the whole process. I didn't know why the work person did not want me to watch, even from a distance. It quickly became obvious why. She repeatedly stood on the interior of my vehicle with her dirty shoes without putting any protective coverings down. I am quite displeased and will never go to this location again, even though the overall workmanship was satisfactory.

After working with another Windshield Repair Company in Denver I decided to go with Safelite for my replacement and am very happy I did! The other Company raised their prices throughout the quoting process and Safelite quoted the replacement once without any additional charges!
