Arrived at appointment at 9:00a. Planned to wait for installation to be complete. At 9:30 I noticed my vehicle had not been moved from the parking lot. Asked counter person why. She couldn't really answer and suggested I leave and come back. The cost me $100 in Uber fares I hadn't planned on.

What an easy process! My windshield cracked. I set up an appointment for a technician to come to my home. A very nice young man showed up on time, replaced the windshield in about an hour and I was all set. Safelite took my insurance. It couldn’t have been easier.
