absolutely awful. first attempt at the simple repair left a gap and wind coming through windshield at high speeds. The second attempt at the repair fixed the gap but caused the remote starter to stop working. Terrible customer service, very rude customer service rep. Next call is to Better Business Bureau

Arrived on time and Samuel got our truck right into the shop. He said it would take about an hour. Almost exactly an hour, all around great customer service and great experience.

I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced (obv) and when I arrived he was all over the fact that the windshield was delivered with scratches all over it. He came out and was like “I can put it on your car if you want but I really didn’t want to put a scratched windshield replacement on unless you wanted it.” He was so flexible with scheduling and so on top of it because no of course I don’t want a scratched windshield replacement. When I picked my car up the next day. I went up to the counter to pay the remaining bill for the new wiper blades and the associate at the desk was like “oh Sean told me to tell you that he took care of that for you because of the inconvenience and not to worry about it”. I was so impressed with the level of customer service at this shop and so grateful to Sean for taking such good care of me. Thank you Sean! Safelite, make sure you do what you need to do to keep him!
