Can’t tell you how frustrated and disappointed I was regarding my recent visit for windshield replacement and recalibration for my 2022 Subaru Outback. Customer service as well as communication with the customer were very lacking. It would be nice to know before bringing one’s car in for service that the appointment would take 31/2 hours, so one can make arrangements instead of having to wait there the entire time.
My appointment was for 10am, my car did not get taken in for service till 11am. Windshield replacement and recalibration of safety features took 41/2 hours.
I now have to make an appointment to bring my vehicle back in as the safety features that were recalibrated and certified keep of SHUTTING OFF. As you can imagine I’m not looking forward to returning to Safelite and wasting another day for someting (as important as the safety features) that should have been fix properly the first time around.

Safelite gave me a quick appointment. The wait time for the repair was only 45 minutes. There was a kid's table with activities that kept my 5 year old grandson happily occupied. The staff were kind and efficient.

I had issues booking my appointment with this Company from the beginning and that should have been my red flag. I still took my car in after the first appointment was cancelled due to the weather. I dropped my car off and was called tp come back and get it in about a hour and a half. I immediately headed there way it was after 5pm on a Monday evening driving down Independence there was a lot of traffic but i have been in worst. About 10 mins into my drive I received another call from them about coming to get my car. I explained that I was on my way which I explained on the 1st call. I pulled up about 10 mins later and all my stickers were removed from my glass. I asked what happened and they looked at me like I said something wrong. The time they kept calling for me to come get my car, how come that time couldn't use to put my stickers back on my glass window. The window repair looks nice.
