I live and grew up in PG County and honestly did not to receive that level of service. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived early (before the doors opened) and I was greeted and my car was taken directly in. The lounge and bathroom were immaculate. When my car was finished everything that was done and the warranty was explained in detail. I expected my ezpass and dealer service sticker to be sitting on the seat, but they were placed on the new windshield exactly where they were on the old one.

I will definitely use SafeLite again the next time I need auto glass. Booking the appointment was so easy and my technician, Caesar, came out the next day to replace my cracked windshield. Caesar texted me when he would be at my house and he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He kept me informed about what he was doing and let me know EXACTLY what I would be paying up front, and it was the same amount the customer service representative told me the day before on the phone. Honestly, I wish all things went as smoothly as getting a new windshield from SafeLite!

This shop is no good. Technician comes by. Brings a new but broken windshield. Tries to get a new one. He is unable to contact his manager. Leaves without saying anything. Got a safelite text saying appt cancelled. Tried contacting shop and manager. No answer. Called technician, says manager will contact me. Manager finally calls, says it could take a week for another windshield to arrive. On and on and on it goes. This shop sucks.
