Carter was my SME. (Subject Matter Expert Technician). Carter went above and beyond the call of duty to complete the replacement of my windshield on my Chevrolet Silverado 1500. (The model year was 2005). Carter explained everything as he conducted the repair/replacement. He informed me as he completed his task and the service. He was professional and very knowledgeable as the SME. He told me he enjoys his job. He is a good worker. He cleaned up after he was complete with the service. Compliments to a job well done. I would recommend Carter to oother customers in the future. Very motivating person.

Art came to my home and replced the windshield in my Ram. Art was clean, professional and did an outstanding job. Art called personally twice before the appointment to insure I knew when he would be there. It would have been nice if the automated texts would have also been correct. The texts were off by a few hours, fortunately for the installer personal calls I knew when he would arrive.

My experience with Safelite was excellent. First, the scheduling with a "mobile" installation was easy to do and worked well with my work schedule.
Second, the technician (Dan) is a great asset for Safelite. He took the necessary time to explain the procedure to me, how long it would take and when I would be able to use my auto again. Very respectful individual and he even put up with me asking many questions before he was able to start.
Third, everything within his area of work (in my garage) was cleaned up and put back anything of mine he needed to move to where they were when he started. I am thankful for this type of technician and also his positive character as a person.
