APPOINTMENT WAS FOR EIGHT AM AT THEIR LOCATION. GOT THERE BY EIGHT AND EXPECTED TO WAIT FOR THE TWO HOURS I ALLOTED FOR JOB TO BE DONE. SINCE I HAD AS UN EXPECTED DENTAL APPNT, FOR TEN AM, AND ONLY THAT THE REPLACEMENT WOULD'NT TAKE TWO HOURS. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD AND I WAS OUT OF THERE IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR MY DENTAL APPNT. THEY DID AN EXELENT JOB IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR ME TO MAKE MY TEN O"CLOCK. GOOD JOB AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
