Rated 5 out of 5 by Askgrant from An Insurance Adventure Recently,, I had an auto glass problem. I got on my insurance app and filed a claim. I filled out all the information and submitted the form, including selecting Safelite as the repair facility. This happened in Louisiana, my first experience with this issue near Ft. Polk. I was given an online appointment for a couple of days later. When I showed up for the appointment (50+ miles from my home). The Safelite Manager, said I did not have an appointment. He spent the next 45 minutes, finding out why, he did not have that information. The bottom line, he tracked down the problem (at my insurance company) and scheduled my repair (he also had his technicians put a very secure temporary patch on my window, so that I would be safe to drive), got it fixed, got me scheduled for the repair, and completed the repair, early, with every effort to make it easier on me and it was an excellent repair. I have since put over 1500 miles on my vehicle and I have nothing but praise for the Safelite crew in Alexandria, LA. Many thanks, I appreciate your professionalism, dedication to customer service and the excellent quality of your work performance. I will be a life long customer of Safelite.

The individual I spoke with to set up the appointment was equally as nice and put my needs ahead of their convenience as did the gentleman that did the actually work and a good job of it.
