Clarksville, TN Auto Glass Shop

I had set an appointment for 1/31/26 it was confirmed Wednesday confirmed again friday all day 1/31 appointment is from 12-5p not a work from safelite can't talk to anyone closed showed the driver who was coming. I waited later until 8p finally notified 755p that appointment was changed. I called today to speak with them was told they emailed store manager not a word back again. I won't ever use safelite this is unacceptable service!

I was told service would be approximately 2-3 hours and I was there for nearly 4. 5 hours. My appointment was at 1 PM and they didn't start on my vehicle until after 2 PM. After that, they could not get this to calibrate so I had to reschedule a repeat service. Upon leaving that day, my interior was covered in glass pieces. I went back for this, and they did vacuum it up, but truly this was unacceptable to begin with after waiting 4. 5 hours.

When I returned 4 days later to have the windshield replaced again, they called me 10 minutes later that I didn't need a windshield afterall. They simply had to "tighten something" and now it was calibrating. What a waste of my time.

I will NOT be coming back to the Clarksville location.

The Tech was very knowledgeable of his job. He was on time and very prepared to accomplish his job. Very pleased with the results
