Arrived on a Monday for a windshield install and discovered the wrong windshield was ordered. Was told by Manager Wednesday should work. Received a text saying a part needed to be ordered . Next week came and appt was scheduled for a Tuesday. Drove another hour to this location and arrived promptly at 7;45AM 15 minutes before appt time . Walked in and was advised I wasn't on the list for Tuesday. The new windshield was on the rack, a technician was waiting to do a job and there were no other vehicles in the Bay. Manager Jessica said unable to perform the job due to a prior 8:00AM appt which hadn't arrived by 8:00AM !! Absolutely incredible that they refused to get me in while 3 of their staff was standing around doing nothing !! Pathetic customer service !! Incompetent management !!

I live in Summerville and mobile service was available to my home. Setting up the appointment on the phone was easy and Treven did a fast, quality job of installing the windshield in our Navigator. It was only about two days from setting up the appointment to having the windshield replaced, which was super helpful for our family.

During the rain from Hurricane Helene my back window exploded due to an overheating of my rear defrost. They were able to get a temp cover on my window and set me up for an appointment the next morning!
