We are not pleased with our service. The technician failed to reattach the inside door handle now the door will not open from the inside. We now have to get that fixed as a result.

I have had my windshield replaced twice in the last 4 months. The first time the Tech broke my cover that goes behind my rearview mirror. Then I had the windshield replaced again in March. After the Tech told me I had to wait a certain amount of time before driving, which I waited. I go to run a few errands, low and behold I look over and my windshield is cracked on the passenger side.
My question is, is Safelite using a cheaper type of glass? They had scheduled to come out and replace the windshield and the cover, but they can't make two trips so again I have to wait on safelite. Why should I have to wait when it was their Tech that broke the cover and the use substandard products?
