My assigned technician did a great professional job when replacing my windshield - he answered all my questions, and took great care at his work. A the conclusion of the job, the tech cleaned-up his work area and relayed how job went and informed me of the adhesive cure times before exposing the new windshield to the elements. Great job - Will ask for this tech again int he future (if needed).

I needed to replace my damaged windshield for my 2012 town&country van. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me file the claim at my insurance company. After the job was done, the mechanic was very friendly while giving me my keys. He also gave me helpful advice to maintain the new windshield. I am very satisfied withe interaction with Safelite.
