The second was a repair. I could take it in for service in two days, or wait for a week to have it done at work/home. We took it in. Repair is almost invisible, which is great. However, this was scheduled by our insurance company Safelite specialist. When we went to pick it up, they wanted to charge us $65, even though we have free windshield coverage. Extra phone calls made to get it corrected.
Was told Safelite bought the competitor we used to replace the windshield. That's not good, unless they can improve their level of service.
