Just wanted a new windshield for my car. Saw the guy slip up setting it. He claimed to have cleaned it and set it correctly, but first day noticed a whistle and wind noise. Called in warranty service, he was back 3 days later. Spent about 15 min or more telling me that he might to have to glue the cowell down, or that he could just add some extra glue, or that my car may have just developed a new noise. Because after all, he didn't want to pull it, even though he had a replacement for my new one in case the warranty fix broke the new windshield. Tried calling, automated recording sends you on a loop telling you to go online. Went online, sent me to email. That was 4 days ago. I wouldn't let the guys change the glass on a broken watch.

In less that 30 minutes he was done and can't hardly tell anything was wrong.

They were great in keeping me updated about when they'd be there. What I loved was them sending a picture of the employee that would come to my house for safety purposes.
