Most disorganized business I have ever encountered. I could not give less than a star; otherwise, I would have done it. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get my windshield replaced. They are scheduling an appointment, giving a 4-hour window for the past 2 weeks but no one shows up and keep rescheduling.

Upon scheduling Safelite to repair the windshield of my vehicle, the representative suggested that I have the blades replaced and advised that I could use the $25 coupon I had. When the tech came to repair, which he did, I asked him about the new blades and he advised me that he could not apply the $25 coupon. Since there is no who answers the phone, I am unable to discuss this matter with Safelite.

Tech had to return a defective windshield and said someone from office would contact me to reschedule for tomorrow. I never heard back from them and no one answers phone at office. Went with Windshields R Us for next day service at lower cost and a superior job with remarkable customer service.
