I recently had a windshield replacement completed here and what do you know - 1. 5 months later I get a large chip and crack. I didn’t think they’d be able to help me fix it but asked them anyways. They were able to fill the crack and repair the chip to the best of their abilities, and while it isn’t 100% fixed (unfortunately it just can’t be due to location) they helped me slow down a potential spreading of the crack! They also gave me helpful tips to try to protect it. I’m grateful they were able to help me when others said there’s nothing they could do.

Every part of the process was so meticulous, informative and easy. I'm still so happy with how I was treated. The 2 gents in the immaculate shop were busy with cars but attentive. They took great care of my vehicle and after a couple of hours my windshield was replaced. The texts I received were numerous but not annoying. They told me precisely what to expect. Just a wonderful experience.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I would not ever take a vehicle here. They have the monopoly in Jackson and they know it so they do not care to help their customers out at all.
