Two family vehicle installs in less than one month. The first install came to the house, but we still needed to go to the shop, which we hadn't planned for or had time for. The second install came with the wrong glass, so I had to reschedule. Rescheduled visit: hot-clutch warning light on after install and in limp mode. So had to limp to the dealership across town for a new clutch. Super expensive service just got A LOT more expensive! Next time I need windshield, using different company and I am driving for recalibration portion. Thanks, Safelite! Plus, AI is terrible customer service.

Looking through the poor reviews. . . . most are with the AI phone assistant. I agree, that is extremely poor experience, but not the Franchisee's fault.
The employees at the actual shop we extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and professional.
Overall, the experience was very good. Near perfect, except for the corporate AI phone attendant. "Scarlett" should be decommissioned.

While sitting in traffic and late for my appointment, I tried to call the LITH shop to notify them. The corporate number would not put me through. My AI contact, Scarlett, suggested I go on the website to get help. I was driving! When I arrived late, Chris was more than accommodating. He was so easy going. When the repair was done, he allowed me to sit in my car and sprayed water on my windshield to get the wipers to work. What a nice businessman. I cannot say the same for the corporate office. No one alive seems to work there.

David was my tech and even though he was a bit later than promised, he called me to tell me exactly when he’d be here. He then called when he pulled in my driveway. I felt funny about watching him work, but he was very cordial and very professional! He was finished in about an hour, and explained the precautions with washing the truck too early and when I could remove the tape, etc. .
