Its impossible to speak to a real person about anything here. The seal around my windshield is coming off at the job and I cant get ahold of anyone to fix it. Don't waste your time calling you will never speak to a real person just a recording that hangs up on you over and over and over again.

Booked an appointment on a Monday, received a confirmation text the same day. The following day, received both a text and email confirmation of my appointment for the following day(Wed). Show up Wednesday and they don't have my appointment scheduled or the glass in stock.
I was then questioned if I had my information correct. The condescending tone from the gentleman who first was helping me was as if I was in the wrong by being there at my scheduled appointment.
