Tech was in time. The job was professional and high quality.

What could have been a very poor experience was turned around by the way the tech, Ben, handled everything. I had an 8am-1pm service window and was his first stop of the day. He got my old glass removed and had the new one ready to go. Problem was the wrong windshield had been picked for install, so Ben had to leave to go to his next appointment while my glass was ordered. My vehicle was non-operable, so I was unable to use it until Ben got back to install the right one. He was very professional about the whole thing and was patient and selfless with me when I asked about a discount. Chris handled the discount and we talked about how the online system did not allow for enough detail on my vehicle to select the correct windshield. During the install Ben and I had a great conversation and I feel like I made a new friend.

Absolutely awesome experience at Safelite. Amazing service from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly, answered the questions I had, etc. I really can't say enough good things. I really hope I don't break my windshield again, but if I do, I'll definitely be back! Treat your employees well - it's really hard to find people who are so willing and eager to serve others. You should be proud.of your team. They're awesome.

The Safelite tech who serviced my car understood I was pressed for time and he was actually running to my car at one point to get me out on time. Great job.

Ryan provided very quick and quality service. I appreciated the accurate time estimate and that he shampooed my carpets.
