Very easy and friendly process. Everything was touchless (Covid) and quick. My car was done 4 hours earlier than expected. I would use them again.

The windshield looks fine. Problem is the windshield wipers no longer work. Called the techs cell phone - left 2 voicemails and 1 text message and still haven't heard back after 4 days. Had to file a warranty claim.

It was easy to book an appointment, they provide you with e-mail updates when they are on their way; and they arrive on time. Very pleased with the service and the workmanship. Slightly pricier, but worth it to avoid the hassle of taking your car in.

They arrived right on time and kept a safe distance. My service technician was very informative and was able to repair the cracks in the window in less than a hour. I highly recommend this service.

excellent service and excellent quality

I can guarantee that I am not a typical customer of safelite services. I own a 993 turbo and maintain it myself. Prices for the glass were cheaper than the dealer. I showed up with a service manual and factory tools - the last person a technician ever wants to deal with. I commend the manager for listening to my procedural rants and ultimately stating "I want you to be happy" and disregarding 20+ years of experience. In the end, I was able to use the templates, work together and the glass was installed with perfect gaps and a beautiful visible bead as if it left the factory in Stuttgart. A+
