Tom came over to the house and explained the entire process to me before he started the job. He let me know he would text me with additional information as he worked on the instal. Right before he place the window in he texted me to let me know to come over to look at the window install placement. I watched Tom place the glue on the seal and placed the window down. Awesome work and great communication. 5 star work.

Customer Representative Leticia "Letty" was phenomenal, She made a gloomy day into a bright cheerful day. After my car got broken into, I went to the nearest Safelite office and behold I met Leticia with all smiles and her willingness to help me. She not only has a great smile but made my day by accommodating a date that would fit my schedule. I only wish I can say the same thing with the technician. Tom was great. At first I was going to take my minivan to their shop, but I changed location onto the peaceful street in front of a friend's house. Much more convenient! Tom did a great job and less than 2 hours. He had all the best amazing new tools. The new windshield was perfect and I have been driving on the freeway every day since with no problems. Plus an insurance quote was 3 times the Safelite quote! Safelite is fabulous and has been around for many years, even decades.
