They handled the insurance piece well. No On Sites in SF so had to go the shop. The woman who handled our process was super friendly and helpful. Everything was handled as expected

I chose the curbside replacement option for the first time. My technician, Jose, was relaxed, friendly and very efficient. He checked everything ahead of time - right size, etc - and my new windshield is perfect. I highly recommend Safelite service.
