My technician was early, finished very quickly and was kind and respectful throughout. The entire process was extremely easy.

My tech was timely, polite, and offered excellent service.

A couple months back, there was a small chip I thought I would need repaired. I scheduled with the Boulder shop and the total would have been $68 for this service. I ended up not needing to get that one repaired. I was expecting to pay the same amount for this repair, but nope, the price at this Safelite for a single chip repair totaled over $92 with >$60 being the labor cost. I needed it repaired, so I did proceed with the service. The chip was filled in but when I look at the repair it still looks like my windshield can crack at anytime.
I had a great experience at this Safelite location last time I went but this experience was not great. I will not be returning to this specific location if I need their services in the future.

Staff was professional and courteous. Drop off was easy with the drop box and pick up was a breeze.

Dropped fleet vehicle off on a saturday to have window repaired, rec'd call regulator was damaged and needed to be replaced. part was not ordered as I was told I had to call my fleet admin person for approval, I had to wait until monday to call my admin, where I was instructed to call safelite back and they need to call the fleet admin for me. I cannot make decisions on the fleet car. I explained this to the person who called me. I show up to pick up vehicle after being told my car was 'done', to find out the regulator was not purchased due to the delay in approval and it would be 3-5 days, but I could take vehicle on my trip, except the window was not secure? What? I voiced they had the vehicle for three days, and this should be handled, but they went and put a plastic adhesive window covering on my car so I could take it. I declined, as I was driving to NM, I had to rent a car and pay an uber to get to the rental facility as I was dropped off at Safelite. I went on my trip, came back to find my car "done", except the window that was replaced was not the same tint, not even close, and they had my car for 10 days. I did not realize this until 2 days later, however, my stock radio doesn't work suddenly, my check engine light is on, and I had to scrap off the adhesive residue the plastic window covering left on the door panel. My car is in worse shape today, prior to needing a window replaced. So, less than thrilled with safelite.

I haven't even told anyone how I was dealt with on the phone.

I still need the tint to be corrected, but I am not taking back my company vehicle to this safelite. That decision I can make.

Tim was so organized, communicative, and attentive. This was the best service experience I have had a long time. They even cleaned the inside of all my windows, vacuumed and sanitized the dashboard. No one wants to get a new windshield, but this makes it a little better to polish the pain of spending our hard-earned dollars.
