I set the appointment online. It was scheduled on 9. 8. 25 with an appointment time set between 1:30-5:30 for 9. 12. 25. I received emails from Safelite on 8th, 10th, and 11th, and text messages on my phone on the 8th, 10th, and 11th. All of them were reminder messages and what to expect information.
I called the shop at 1:30 to follow up with the appointment today(the 12th) and they said the appointment had been voided. They said they attempted to reach my by phone and email to obtain the VIN# of the vehicle. I asked them to read back both the phone and email that they had on file, which he did. They had the correct information. He said the notes indicated that someone from the shop attempted to contact me and that the phone number was not in service and that the email was kicked back as undeliverable. It is clear to me that the shop has individuals that are dishonest, and lack integrity. They can not be trusted to fulfill their obligations.

I'll call this review 4 Times a Charm. The first windshield was delivered from Safelite Corporate to the Toms River Shop had a chip. Not the shop's fault. The second was the wrong color. Also not the shop's fault. The third was again the wrong color tint (Blue instead of green). . . but at least Trish at reception let me know before I drove over. The 4th and final time, Safelite Corporate sent the correct windshield and the Toms River Tech did an excellent installation and explained everything with care. Trish at reception personally called all over the earth to find the right color tint cause she felt bad. At the end if the day, the job was done perfectly. All the errors had nothing to do with the shop in Toms River and everything to do with Safelite HQ unfortunately. That all said, I would go back again because of the caring of this particular facility.

A great shop. Would highly recommend them. They stand by their work and word! Had a windshield issue, and they installed a new one. I am from out of state, so when I got home, a technical issue was identified and corrected by my home dealership. Safelite made good on their word, and my out-of-pocket expenses were covered to make the needed fix. Justin was outstanding to work with!! It’s nice to see a business run as honestly and professionally as they do. 5 Star rating!!!!!

I just got my windshield done and as I drove away, noticed significantly more winshield noise - I went to call the location and they no longer answer the phone, rather they send you to their website, where you can not speak to anyone
