Technician Jay replaced and calibrated my windshield. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He went over all the dos and donts and explained the warranty. He was there early and finished under 2 hours. Absolutely will use them again (hopefully not too soon).

Glad got broken on a Monday and on Wednesday Safelite was there to fix it. They did it quick and efficiently. The technician was experienced and friendly. Once the technician was all done he cleaned up any glass left behind.
