The work was done on schedule, done quickly, and the installation was clean and neat. They vacuumed the floorboards and installed the new wiper blades. I could not have asked for anything better, great job start to finish.

He also asked me if I intended to put in an insurance claim, which I had not considered since I could not identify exactly when the damage occurred. I got an estimate. I contacted Nationwide, my insurance company, and learned they happen to partner with Safelite. I had a super smooth and speedy experience filing the claim, which included Nationwide making the appointment for me. I had the choice to have Safelite come to me, or go to a shop. I chose the shop, was seen promptly, and the replacement took less time than estimated. Everyone from start to finish was courteous and professional. Not one thing could have been done better.
